By placing an order at Bij Kiki, you agree to these terms & conditions. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email.

Prices:
Prices are in euro, excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Payment:
Payment is done directly online via IDEAL / Paypal / Credit Card when ordering, in a secure environment. Or you can choose payment upon invoice.

Shipment for iron-on patches:
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 4,50. The shipping costs outside the Netherlands are € 7,50.
Bij Kiki is not liable for shipping via PostNL.

Delivery time:
Orders (if in stock) are shipped within 5 working days, after the payment has been received. Large orders and orders outside the Netherlands have a longer delivery time. You will receive a message about this by email.

Exchange:
Exchanges are possible within 7 working days. This is only possible if you have notified this in advance by email, stating the order number. You will receive a confirmation by email with the stock information. If the item is still in stock, you can return the order. Only sufficiently stamped returns will be processed. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. No returns will be made if the items are no longer in their original condition, damaged, used, worn or washed. When Bij Kiki sends you a wrong article, it will be exchanged for the ordered article free of charge.

Returns:
We do everything we can to deliver a perfect product. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order within 7 working days. This is only possible if you have notified this in advance by email, with the order number and the reason why you are not satisfied. Only sufficiently stamped return shipments will be processed. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. After the return has arrived at Bij Kiki, the money will be refunded to your account within 10 days. No returns will be made if the items are no longer in their original condition, damaged, used, worn or washed.

Stock:
We try to keep the website up-to-date as much as possible. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Force majeure:
Bij Kiki is not liable in case of force majeure. Force majeure means a business failure, transport stagnation or late delivery by suppliers. In case of force majeure, Bij Kiki is entitled to dissolve the agreement or to suspend delivery.

Liability:
Bij Kiki is not liable for any damage, whether physical, material or immaterial, that would be the result of the items sold at Bij Kiki. Bij Kiki is not liable for discolouration or shrinkage of the articles, nor for other defects that may occur during use of the articles. Bij Kiki is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. Bij Kiki is not liable for colour deviations compared to screen display.

Algemene Voorwaarden Studio Bij Kiki - opdrachten

1. Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle offertes van en overeenkomsten met Studio Bij Kiki. Door opdracht te geven aan Studio Bij Kiki worden deze Algemene Voorwaarden aanvaard met uitsluiting van eventuele voorwaarden van opdrachtgever.
2. Door Studio Bij Kiki uitgebrachte offertes zijn gebaseerd op informatie die door opdrachtgever is verstrekt. Opdrachtgever is gehouden Studio Bij Kiki tijdig alle informatie te verstrekken welke redelijkerwijze in verband met de uitvoering van de opdracht van belang kan zijn. Indien opdrachtgever onjuiste informatie heeft verstrekt, is opdrachtgever daarvoor aansprakelijk zonder dat Studio Bij Kiki daarnaast op enige wijze aansprakelijk is.
3. Nadat een overeenkomst tussen Studio Bij Kiki en opdrachtgever tot stand is gekomen, rust op Studio Bij Kiki een inspanningsverbintenis. Studio Bij Kiki zal bij de uitvoering van de opdracht de zorg van een goed opdrachtnemer in acht nemen. Studio Bij Kiki neemt geen enkele resultaatsverbintenis op zich.
4. Studio Bij Kiki is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die opdrachtgever of derden lijden in verband met niet, niet-tijdige of onbehoorlijke uitvoering van de overeenkomst. In de gevallen waarin Studio Bij Kiki desondanks aansprakelijk is, is haar aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot de factuurwaarde van de tussen Studio Bij Kiki en opdrachtgever gesloten overeenkomst.
5. Door Studio Bij Kiki verzonden declaraties kennen een betalingstermijn van 14 dagen, te rekenen vanaf de datum van de declaratie. De opdrachtgever kan op een gebrek in de prestatie van Studio Bij Kiki, haar werknemers en/of hulppersonen en/of door haar ingeschakelde derden geen beroep meer doen indien hij niet binnen 14 dagen na verzending van de declaratie heeft geklaagd.
6. Bij gebreke van tijdige betaling is opdrachtgever zonder nadere ingebrekestelling in verzuim en is hij vanaf de vervaldatum maandelijks rente gelijk aan 1,5% verschuldigd, tenzij de wettelijke (handels)rente hoger is. In dat geval is de wettelijke (handels)rente verschuldigd. Opdrachtgever is tevens een boete verschuldigd van 15% van het verschuldigde bedrag inclusief rente en kosten, met een minimum van € 200.
7. Alle gerechtelijke en buitengerechtelijke kosten met betrekking tot de invordering van aan Studio Bij Kiki verschuldigde en niet-tijdig betaalde bedragen, komen voor rekening van de opdrachtgever.
8. Ten aanzien van zijn betalingsverplichtingen kan opdrachtgever zich niet op enige korting, verrekening of opschorting beroepen.
9. Op alle overeenkomsten tussen Studio Bij Kiki en opdrachtgever is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen zullen uitsluitend worden beslecht door de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement Amsterdam.
10. Studio Bij Kiki is gerechtigd deze Algemene Voorwaarden te wijzigen.
